As we celebrate Advent and approach the Christmas season this year, it is perhaps more important than ever to embrace the joy of Christmas and share with children the meaning and spirit of the season.

Surrounded by peaceful bushland, Majella is a welcoming early learning centre where every child is recognised as unique and supported to learn in their own way.
Our caring team takes the time to build meaningful relationships with each child and their family, creating real-life learning experiences that spark curiosity and build confidence. We care for children from six weeks of age, with dedicated nursery, toddler, junior kindy and kindergarten rooms, each led by experienced educators who nurture children through every stage of their early development.
Our Queensland Government-approved kindergarten program helps children prepare for prep while exploring languages and cultures to foster an appreciation of diversity. Families enjoy the convenience of all meals, wipes, sunscreen and cot linen being provided, with our onsite cook preparing fresh, nutritious morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily.
With a brand-new playground and a strong sense of community, connection and care with families, Majella is a place where children can truly grow, learn and thrive.
Outdoor play spaces support young children to grow, develop physical skills, and take on new challenges through fun, active exploration.
Purpose-built playgrounds give children the chance to test their abilities, build resilience, and grow in confidence through discovery.
Sensory and imaginative play, like mixing and pouring in the mud kitchen, encourages creativity, cooperation, and essential early learning for young children.
The new playground helps children grow by encouraging them to take turns, show respect, and build friendships through shared play and social interaction.

Our nursery offers gentle, nurturing care from qualified educators who genuinely love what they do, supporting babies feeding, rest and play in a calm and caring environment.
The children serve themselves during mealtimes, which helps to foster their independence in readiness for school and develop their social skills, get into a daily routine, and learn patience. Our onsite cook prepares morning tea, lunches and afternoon tea, and the children learn to share and communicate effectively.
We support children’s growth in every way, with learning programs across long day care guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. In our nursery, toddler, and kindergarten rooms, qualified educators tailor experiences to each child’s individual needs and developmental stage. Our approved programs are led by dedicated educators who take the time to understand each child, celebrate their uniqueness, and support them to learn and thrive in the ways that suit them best.
