St Brigid’s Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is conveniently located at the rear of St Brigid’s Catholic Primary School and leads out to the massive school oval, the adventure playground and the multipurpose building.
St Brigid’s OSHC supports more than 100 families by providing a safe environment during before and after school that is designed to cater to their children’s age, skills, interests and abilities.
We run a flexible and adaptable child-initiated program incorporating children’s ideas, cultures and interests. We view each child as having preparedness, potential, curiosity and interest in constructing their own learning and in negotiating everything the environment presents to them. We provide guidance and support to children so they can discover, explore and create something new everyday.
Our centre strives to foster a culture that celebrates diversity and interdependence and we encourage children to value and respect each other.
