Refer a friend $1000 service credit
1.1. The referral program, Refer a Friend, offers a service credit pool valued at $1,000 for the enrolled and referred family (“Service Credit”) comprising:
(a) Stage 1: $300 ($100 applied over 3 sessions); and
(b) Stage 2: $700 ($100 applied over 7 sessions).
For the avoidance of doubt, Service Credits are issued in stages, with each stage subject to separate eligibility criteria. Each enrolled family at participating services may recommend up to a maximum of four referrals per year. The total value of the prize pool is $100,000 and there are 50 sets of referral credits available.
1.2. The referral program is open to individuals who are current customers of Catholic Early EdCare (“CEEC”) and who:
(a) have a child actively enrolled and attending a participating CEEC service; and
(b) refer a new family to that same service.
(collectively, “Referrers”).
1.3. Where a Referrer is a CEEC staff member receiving a staff discount, they are not eligible to receive any Service Credit. In these circumstances, the referred family remains eligible, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. To be eligible, the referred families must:
(a) be new customers to CEEC with a new CRN (i.e. not have enrolled with CEEC within the previous 90 days prior to the commencement of the Offer Period); and
(b) successfully complete enrolment, including completion of the orientation process, at a participating service.
(collectively, “Referred Families”).
1.5. Only qualified referrals will be eligible for Service Credits. A qualified referral means a Referred Family that satisfies the Stage 1 criteria set out below:
(a) Stage 1:
(i) the child has commenced care at a participating service;
(ii) the child has attended for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks;
(iii) the child is enrolled for a minimum of 3 days per week; and
(iv) all applicable fees for that period have been paid.
(collectively, “Qualified Referral”).
1.6. If a Qualified Referral satisfies the Stage 1 criteria, then additional Service Credits under Stage 2 may be earned where the following criteria are satisfied:
(a) Stage 2:
(i) the child remains continuously enrolled for a minimum of 3 months;
(ii) the child maintains an enrolment of at least 3 days per week during this period; and
(iii) all applicable fees for that period have been paid.
For the avoidance of doubt, Service Credits are earned progressively, with Stage 2 Service Credits only becoming payable where the Stage 2 criteria are satisfied.
1.7. A referral will be deemed invalid where:
(a) two individuals refer each other;
(b) the Referred Family has already been referred by another participant; or
(c) the referral is not submitted via the official CEEC referral process.
2.1. Referrers can participate in this referral program by referring friends, family members, or colleagues to CEEC using the unique referral link provided by CEEC to be deemed eligible.
2.2. Referrers confirm and warrant that they have the consent of the individuals they are referring to provide their details to CEEC for the purpose of being contacted by CEEC in relation to Long Day Care and/or Kindergarten services.
2.3. CEEC will collect and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the Referrer’s consent, except as required by law.
3.1. The Service Credit is non-transferable and will be applied to the accounts of the Referrer and the Referred Family, subject to the Referred Family satisfying the applicable Stage 1 and Stage 2 criteria under these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. The Service Credits will be applied to the relevant accounts following satisfaction of the applicable Stage 1 or Stage 2 criteria, within the relevant billing period, provided the new family commences care by 4 January 2027.
3.3. The Service Credit/s are applied to fees before the Child Care Subsidy is calculated, meaning a gap fee may still apply. CEEC reserves the right to apply these discounts progressively across multiple billing sessions.
4.1. The maximum amount of Qualified Referrals a Referrer can make is four per year. However, Service Credits are limited to one set of Stage 1 and Stage 2 credits per Referred Family.
5.1. CEEC reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate these terms and conditions.
6.1. This referral program is open from 25 May 2026 to 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026 (“Offer Period”).
7.1. CEEC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
8.1. Both the Referrer or CEEC have the right to withdraw from or terminate participation in this referral program at any time, with or without prior notice.
9.1. For questions or concerns regarding this referral program, please contact CEEC at [email protected].
9.2. By participating in this referral program, Referrers and Referred Families agree to abide by these terms and conditions. CEEC reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and make decisions at its sole discretion.
