Refer a friend $500 service credit
1. Eligibility
1.1 The referral program (Refer a friend for a $500 Service Credit) is open to individuals who are current customers of Catholic Early EdCare (“Referrers“).
1.2 To be eligible for the offer, Referrers must successfully refer individuals who have not been customers of Catholic Early EdCare for 90 days prior to the commencement of the Offer Period (“Referred Customers“).
1.3 A qualified referral is defined as a Referred Customer who successfully completes enrolment, attends for at least 30 days, completes the orientation process and makes their first payments of fees for the first 30 days of their child/ren for early years education and care at Catholic Early EdCare (“Qualified Referral”). Only Qualified Referrals will be eligible for rewards.
2. Referral Process
2.1 Referrers can participate in the Program by referring friends, family members, or colleagues to Catholic Early EdCare using the unique referral link provided by Catholic Early EdCare.
2.2 Referred Customers must use the provided referral link during the signup process to be considered a Qualified Referral.
2.3 The Referrer confirms and warrants that they have the consent of the people they are referring to provide their details to Catholic Early EdCare for the purpose of being contacted by Catholic Early EdCare in relation to Long Day Care and/or Kindergarten services.
2.4 Catholic Early EdCare will collect and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the Referrer’s consent, except as required by law.
3. Redemption
3.1 For each Qualified Referral, both the Referrer and Referred Customer will receive a service credit valued at $500 (“Service Credit”).
3.2 The Service Credit will be applied $50 per attendance day over 10 sessions and will be applied before Child Care Subsidy is calculated.
3.3 The Service Credit will only be applied once all terms and conditions are met.
3.4 Service Credits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the Referrer or Referred Customer to whom they are issued.
3.5 The Service Credit, will be credited from the child enrolment within that calendar year from the date of issuance. Any unused balance will expire at the end of that calendar year.
4. Limits
4.1 There is no limit to the number of Qualified Referrals a Referrer can make. However, each Qualified Referral is limited to one Service Credit per, even if it involves multiple children.
5. Disqualification
5.1 Catholic Early EdCare reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are in violation of these terms and conditions.
6. Offer Period
6.1 This program is open from 1 June 2025 to 11:59pm AEST on 31 June 2026.
7. Changes to the Program
7.1 Catholic Early EdCare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time for any reason.
