Star of the Sea Outside School Hours Care

Star of the Sea Outside School Hours Care provides before school care, after school care and vacation care. We are situated in the grounds of the Star of the Sea Catholic School. We are proud to support the families and children of the school, parish and local community.

We run a flexible and adaptable child-initiated program incorporating children’s ideas, cultures and interests. We view each child as having preparedness, potential, curiosity and interest in constructing their own learning and in negotiating everything the environment presents to them. We provide guidance and support to children so they can discover, explore and create something new everyday.

Our centre strives to foster an environment that celebrates diversity and interdependence and we encourage children to value and respect the individual uniqueness, spirituality and contribution of others.
