Guardian Angels Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is located at Guardian Angels Primary School, Wynnum, providing care for families within our community. The service is committed to providing a child centered environment supporting children’s physical, emotional and social development in a safe, caring and supportive environment.
The service is located on the Mt Carmel Campus of Guardian Angels Primary School. We currently offer before school care, after school care, pupil free days and vacation care; and are licensed to care for 105 children per session.
Established in 2011, the service is managed by Catholic Early EdCare on behalf of Guardian Angels Parish, Wynnum.
The service has a strong philosophy centered around children. Children are encouraged to participate in a range of experiences focusing on a variety of fine motor and gross motor play; these include group games both child and educator initiated. At Guardian Angels OSHC the children also have access to many of the schools facilities, including playgrounds and a large oval.
